I stopped in yesterday evening on my way to work (I work night shift) and had ordered some buffalo chicken tots to eat there and... five piece chicken tenders to go. The five piece actually came out while I was sitting there and I asked them to box them forme to go. The tots took a considerably longer time to come out, but eventually did and were tasty! I had to ask what thesituation was with the tenders about an hour into my visit, and shortly there after they were brought out in a to go bag. Ididn?t consider that I needed to check what was in the bag because they had already came out but once I started to eat lunchtoday, I found they had me pay for five piece, and only gave me a three piece. ???? Dirty, short staffed and slow. Only saw two waitresses. Hostesses were just standing at the carryout register staring at the... screen. There were about 10 tables that needed to bussed and the floors were filthy! I've had multiple bad takeout experiences,decided to try dining in, it was even worse! We left without ordering. Read more
Not a great carry out experience. I ordered wings and salad. First, I ordered all flappers and paid extra for that and got... majority drums. They put my cold salad in the same bag with my piping hot wings, and I had to ask for my blue cheese for thewings and salad. Read more
Serving old fries, old and very burned fries. Horrible experience, no one in my party enjoyed themselves. Service is horrible,... waited so long for drinks or anything you ask for, even on a slow night! It was mothers days but it was fairly empty. Read more

9-23-21 This seems to be a problem anytime I order. I say extra crispy. Wet wings. Some wings be bald headed and rubbery. Fix it... bdubs 04-16-22 ordered some today didn't feel like cooking. I told the take out lady these are extra crisp and wet. She saysyes. They poured the whole bottle of sauce on rubbery chicken. I was better off frying my own and buying the bottles of sauce.If you love your chicken rubbery like Michelin tires. This is the place for you. Read more
If it's was only the first time it would have been ok. But three times? This is not ok Drive from my work to this place three... times, and the more I come the disappointment goes higher. I can?t believe how me and my black children was treated in this place. My son just wanted his food replaced. He didn?t like it... and it was cold and we where told we don?t replace food that you just don?t like. The manager didn?t have any sympathy and toldme to have a great night and walked away from my table. Read more
