Wish I could put 0 stars. Terrible terrible customer service. Ordered on Uber Eats.. they canceled our order for NO reason. We... called them, and they said ?oh yeah it?s here on the rack you can come pick it up? so we drive 30 minutes to come get it, getthere, and all of a sudden it?s magically no longer there. Manager said oh well and that they are not making our food and totake it up with Uber eats?. Would not have drove all the way there if they didn?t tell us to, they suggested it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We came in excited and hungry. We had previously had an amazing encounter at another... location. I wish this was the same but it isn?t. Upon entering you immediately get a contact buzz from the smell. It was sobad my daughter almost threw up. So after we placed our order we had to change it to Togo because she was so sick. The ?steak?Was cooked beyond recognition. It was supposed to be MED RARE. The shrimp?. look like burnt rubber. The potatoes lookedgreen. I wouldn?t feed this to my dog. It smelled like a dispensary in there. I don?t care what people do in their own time,but this is a public place. An establishment where ?food? is served. Food was good. Service was horrible. Was in there 10/9 around 8pm. Waitress appeared to be under the influence of weed while... working and taking our order. Took a long time to get our food. Let alone the alcoholic drinks we ordered. The drinks were madeat the bar. Then sat at the bar for about 20 mins before waitress saw it and brought them over. Trying to make an excuse on whathappened. Saying no one made them. When we could see them sitting at the bar and one was watered down by the ice when we got it.Will never go there again. Read more
It's been a long time since I've been here. The Mac and cheese with the chicken tenders were ok. Mac and cheese was cold. The... bar area for the most part was not very clean. Bartender was cool we had good conversation with her. I would come back and trysomething else on the menu. Read more
The service was good, but it took forever for the food to come out though because the kitchen staff was playing around. The 3 of... us ordered the all you can eat boneless wings and they were barely warm. Too much time between refills and they didn't bring outmore fries as requested. It hurts my heart to post such a poor review, as this location was where I first met my now husband so I have great feelings... associated with this spot. The service was slow, our server was nice, but the food and drinks were very poor. The sweet teatasted moldy. The mashed potatoes had a strange aftertaste, so bad my daughter couldn't eat it. The bacon on my dish was hard asif it were old. There was so many things wrong that I didn't mention it in person because everything was disappointing. It's thefood you eat because you're hungry, but your body fights you back. Unfortunately, we won't be back to this restaurant and Icannot promote it after such a bad visit. Read more
Worst Restaurant Ever!!! Me and my family went here for Dinner and were treated differently then others. They have... unprofessional staffs as kids here lounging around on they?re phones while our food was so cold serve to us we were disgustedwith the customer service. The young boy that was serving us keep forgetting & messing up our orders and we had to keeprepeating ourselves to get our food!!! The food was so cold we were fed up at this point and just wanted to leave we still paidbut planning on never going back to this Applebee?s especially this location!!!
