It's Wendy's. So basically the burgers and most of the time the chicken is consistent. However, the soda machines are hit and... miss, and the French fries here seem to come either completely salt less, or coated more than the winter streets of Rexburg.Service is average, and honestly I miss the Wendy's that was by the DI. This is a nice new place, but horribly kept. Most everything was dirty. Bathrooms were uncleanly and whole restaurant appeared... as if one hadn?t been swept for at least 3 weeks. Read more
I've had some trouble here in the past, but the crew they had this morning was so nice about getting my order to me quickly even... though it was a bit weird. The app let me order carryout even though their dine in area was closed and they just brought thefood out to me since i didn't have a vehicle with me. Thank you guys :) Read more
Food is always good. Service is fair considering it's fast food, but when employees start at $14/hr, you would expect a higher... standard. The cleanliness is terrible. Garbage cans are always full and over flowing. Tables are never wiped down. The sidewalkoutside the doors is black because they have never cleaned then. The doors are gross. The wall under the drive thru window needsto be cleaned. It makes you wonder if they clean the kitchen area, just saying. Read more

I keep coming back! Not only for the good food, but because they have great customer service! The first time I came to this... specific Wendy?s (1117 S. Yellowstone Hwy, Rexburg, ID 83440), I thought ?Why not just try them? I haven?t eaten at a Wendy?sfor a while.? Well, I haven?t been disappointed and have been a repeat customer since! I?ve been in the drive-thru and I?ve beeninside the restaurant. Both are handled well. But I must speak about a very specific time on 10/8/22, 9:17am. My Host waslisted as ?Carter? on my ticket (#10001) and I was pleased with what this young man did for me. When I came up to the counter,instead of continuing to walk out into the lobby, Carter (as I will refer to him) returned to his post at the front counter toserve me. He could?ve walked by and let someone else do it. But nope, he responded correctly. Here?s his first good point. WhenI looked at the swivel menus, I noticed they were still on lunch. I was hoping for breakfast items. When I was having troublemaking up my mind, he could see my confusion and he turned around. Once he saw what was wrong, he kindly turned the menus aroundto help me. His second good point. I also felt it was thoughtful because Carter had a broken arm and had to reach up to fixthem, which couldn?t have been easy. I gave my order and he did his best to keep up (I had quite a list that day!). Once Ifinished, he?d given me my cups and left to help with something. I took them but then realized there was some gunk on them. Iasked for a blonde supervisor?s (or manager?s) help. She quickly responded. When I showed her the cups, she quickly fixed theissue and got me some new ones. Excellent! I then waited for my meal. As I was waiting, I noticed that the lobby was clean.Tables, counters, benches, and stools were wiped free of food crumbs. I was happy with the cleanliness.
