I went to the drive through hoping for a good meal but there was something even better!!! I asked for his name while he was... handing me my food his gorgeous hair and pretty face it was love at first sight. I asked for his name and said Declan Johnson. Department manager Rachel is useless and rude. I didn?t get the McFlurry I paid for because I didn?t hear my number when it was... called. How hard could it be to make another shake? Instead she was short with me and told me I?d have to pay for another. Idon?t like being stolen from, especially by a reputable business. This one is a bit slow. They make the food pretty well but I still waited 10 minutes for just two basic burgers and a drink.... This McDonald's is fine. Not the worst one. At least they have clean bathrooms. I'd give this fast food restaurant a betterscore if they were to get faster. Overall it's just fine. Perfectly simple. The place to go for cheap food. Read more

Normally McDonalds can be pretty mediocre but I?ve never been disappointed with this place! If they mess up they fix it almost... immediately and you can tell they really care about giving their customers the best quality food! Can?t say the same for theother McDonalds in Rexburg.
