Have amazing pizza as always. Folks are mostly real nice, though there are a few with an attitude. But, I understand there could... be other circumstances effecting them! Their curbside isn't the best because they stopped the timer on my app twice, but theynever came out. Both times they lost my order that had been ready for nearly 25 minutes. My wife and I both got our own pizzas ( 2 toppings for 5.99 each). Hands down worst domino's pizzas we have ever had. Not the... worst we have had, but we were a bit shocked. Several slices on my pizza straight up didn't have either cheese or sauce on it... Read more
If you?re coming for a review of the food: it?s pizza, always great! Their pastas, garlic bites, wings and deserts are good too... and relatively cheap especially if you use a deal. Other than that, they are very quick! I was coming back into town after beinggone for a week and needed some dinner for the fam. It was around 9:30 pm on a Thursday, I ordered the pizza on the website anduse a deal coupon I got 2 medium pizzas, garlic bites, cinnamon twists and a 2 liter of soda for $23 and had my food at my houseabout 25 minutes after I ordered it. Normally have no problems. However I recently was going to order for delivery and found my order for $14, $5 of which was a... delivery fee, did not qualify for the store's $15 delivery minimum. So instead of getting $14 from me, they got $0. This willdefinitely reduce the number of orders I place here. Read more
Worst customer service you could think of! Cameron York who claimed to be the manager helped me but was very poor in... performance. I simply asked to see my pizza before paying and he got mad. He grabbed my pizza angerly and dropped it on thecounter! When I addressed it woth him he showed zero remore or care of doing this and then immediately walked away. I hope hesee's serious reprimand. I went to this location for the first time tonight and the experience wasn?t that great. Shown in the photos, our pizza slices... were huge, they barely cut many slices, just a few extremely large slices. The wings weren?t really tossed either, seemed likethey just squirted sauce on top of them. They were also pretty much just fatty wings than actual meat. Pizza not ever on time. Always misses ordered items. Unwilling to make the order or punctuality short comings right. Refuses to... give out parmesan (Apparently they believe it's like gold and would rather loose a customer than give it out). Just a horribleover all experience time after time. Use to go to Domino's all the time in Idaho Falls then I moved Rexburg and tried them 4-5times and it was awful (not the food but the service is horrible)every single time. Read more
