The girl at the window was very disrespectful and had attitude out this world. Starting from the time she answered the speaker.... I ask for my total several times and she refused to answer. I pull up to the window and everyone coming around looking at thewindow at me. At first I was gone cancel my order but I decided to pay for it anyway..when I continued to get disrespected Iasked for a refund and she utter what I say as in a threatening tone...I said excuse me 8 wasn't talking to you. She thenproceeded to give me a damn gift card ...no ma'am the same mf way I spent my money you gone refund or give me cash. I usually love the customer service from the employees here. But this morning I was serviced my what seems to be a manager .... Dark brown lady with black individual braids and a black shirt . She was not welcoming or friendly. She made me feel like i wasbothering HER by coming to the establishment. She was extremely dismissive towards me . Always HAPPY with a cup of there Joe!! Buuuut today was just crazy as far as the wait time after making it to the window, I sat... there for like 5mins before anyone came.
