Employees here need better training or the company needs to be more selective when hiring. Horrible costumer service. Also... double check your order when you get food here 99% it will be incomplete or they will not care about any mods. Read more
Look, the bar is low for fast food at midnight. But this was by far the worst Wendy's location I've ever visited. Woman at the... drive through window didn't fundamentally understand the concept that 2 combo meals + 1 extra small fry equals 3 fries. I triedto explain it again to the other kid but he tried telling me "you asked for two". Pre school math folks. Sandwichs we're alsoflat, extra greasy, and served with rotten lettuce. Read more
Same on me, because I kept going back thinking it would be different. I was wrong! Every time I've been to this location, my... burgers are dry and the edges are burnt, the fries now are supposed to be hot and fresh, but they are always hard, over salted,and the smallest broken pieces of what they call a French fry. The fountain drinks are terrible...like never carbonated andtastes like stale syrup. The last time I was in the drive thru I legit waited with my son for 15 minutes, and while I could seea few employees just chilling like there wasn't a line of people waiting...then I say that it's ridiculous and the employestarted being rude and disrespectful. The premium Dave triple burger was terrible It's like the Mc dubble with a extra patty u get at Mc D, for $7.79 for this burger... I expect to taste batter then that, there r nothing premium about this burger, the spice chicken sandwich, what happen for$5.79 It feels n taste like a $1.00 sandwich, I don't remember having a spicy chicken sandwich taste like that at a differentwindy's, or maybe is this store only, the food tasted very bad, I'm very disappointing. J love Wendy's, but this time, I wasn't lucky. My burger was very dry with an old aspect. I did complain, but the employees... weren't happy. The person who helped me didn't thank me after I placed my order even apologized when he gave me a new burger . Read more
