Took 45 mins to get an omelet that I ordered online. I would of just got my money back but getting refunds from an online order... is a nightmare. But that wasn't really the problem. For the 20 mins I stood waiting for my food I see a lot of food setting atthe pass for the whole time I'm standing there just getting cold then presumably getting served at some point. And the servicetowards other people just trying to get a table was horrible. Read more

I did a mobile order. I did this a head of time because I was getting a burger and fries for my lunch break. When I first got... there, there was no one at the host station. I waited at least 5 minutes before the host arrived and asked how can she help me.Which normally would be okay if they were busy and if you didn't have only a 30 minute lunch break. I informed her I had amobile order. The order wasn't ready and she couldn't find it. She leaves and comes back 10 minutes later with an apology forthe delay. The apology was definitely appreciated, however, 20 minutes my break was now over (it took 5 minutes to get there).The food was good though :). The service? They definitely can do better. Read more

Had a great breakfast here. We were able to get seated within 5 minutes. They were busy but no delays. The waitress was... attentive and friendly. Our orders came pretty quick. The 5 of us were satisfied with the quality, as well as the selection ofbreakfast items. Will definitely come back here. There is limited on site parking if you are going during a day where it is verybusy. All in all a good start to our day. Read more

I loved ihope always. We went there quiet late at night but we still needed to wait for a table to be prepared for us. We... ordered our food, soon it was ready. We were so hungry so we ate fast. What I remember from the whole taste is, it wasdelicious. The portion was good for me but for my husband not. The hash brown we ordered was overcooked! I went with my boyfriend around 10:20 PM and the night staff was phenomenal! The food was AMAZING!!! I got the Split Decision... Breakfast while my S.O got a delicious breakfast burger with fries. The fries were soo tasty that I had to steal some from his!My food was fresh and delightful how breakfast food should be. Our waitress Jennifer was so sweet and a breath of fresh air!!Seeing the other waiters like Kyle you can tell they care and have amazing customer skills! The only complain I have was thebooth, it was broken and uncomfortable. However, that food and customer care made up for it! If the booths get fixed this placewould be a 5 piece all day. Read more

Drove a bit to try the new protein pancakes, and they didn't disappoint at all. The pancakes were amazing and very flavorful.... The service was great and I really liked the fact that they were open 24/7. The restaurant has a very weird shape but it wasnice. I highly recommend coming here. Read more

I LOVE IHOP for the record. Quincy is my favorite location thus far, but here... no. A member of my party was very disturbed to... have had her coffee poured for her instead of having a pitcher for the table. This may seem great, but she was concerned abouthow sanitary that was, especially during covid. She was also adamant that that was incorrect, and something to be reported. Thisis my way of reporting it, and it goes along perfectly with my reasoning for such a low review in addition to this issue. Wewere at the restaurant on a Saturday, so it could have been busy due to the weekend rush. That's understandable. However, wewere seated at 11, and the food came at 12:40) dry and/or burnt. Our server (no names, just do better) carried the food out onher arm nearly in her armpit. No gloves. No pop up food serving table. My mother sent her food back, because there was asuspicious red liquid like a syrup or like if the plate was dirty. We had no condiments the entire time we waited. We didn'tmention this, because we didn't notice it, and assumed it'd eventually be brought over, since that's standard procedure. Eitherit's on the table, or they bring it just before you get your food. They only provided ketchup and syrup after we got our food,so we had to wait longer to eat it. (First world problems...I know... anyway.) Three meals in total were sent back. Thepictures show the quality of the food expected, and the quality of the food received. We were very kind, and understanding, butalso very disappointed. Our waitress was irritable, unapologetic and refused the tip by just placing it back on the table withthe receipt. She didn't offer boxes though I wanted to save my food. I actually didn't end up eating it, because of it beingsuch low quality compared to the IHOP I'm used to. (Not like Quincy is high scale, but the food quality in that area is topnotch.) I don't think I'll be back here. Read more

Great service and wonderful experience. Arrived there around 10:00am on Saturday and was told it was a 1 hour wait time. After... waiting not even 10 mins, we got in and served right away. Food was great as always and waiter was very nice! Read more
