Order was messed up. They used bare hand and switched food in bags they has messed up. Had to wait outside the bathroom for over... 10 minutes (knocked 3 times) while an employee sat un there on the phone. She didn't use the bathroom at all, and if she did,she didn't wash her hands. Read more
I was here the late evening of Sept 25. We were so grateful to come back to the states and have a 24 hr dunkin. They were busy,... but the 2 people behind the counter handled every order promptly and well. Hats off to them, they looked tired but providedwonderful service. If you can avoid going to this Dunks during the overnight shift I suggest doing so. The people who work this shift are truly one... of a kind! I said Thank you so many times just trying to get them to be polite back that they must have thought I had a speechproblem. When I placed my order the first thing I asked for was a bottle of soda and a medium cup of ice next a medium icecoffee, hash browns then I asked if they got my coke I asked for and lastly a English muffin. My friend and I went and sat downand waited for our food. We heard someone yell "LADIES FOODS DONE". I got up to get the food and the server tossed my bag acrossthe counter making some of my hash browns roll across the counter top! I just looked at her in sheer shock! When I realized mycoke wasn't given to me I went back up to the counter and said you didn't give me my Coke her response was I didn't charge youfor it! By this point I was so aggravated and really angry at how I was treated that I just got my belongings and left thestore. I planned on going next door to 7 eleven but they weren't open this early in the morning yet. So my friend said she'd goback into Dunks for me to get me my drink. She wanted to see if maybe it was just me they were having some issue with. So shewent in and said Good Morning, Can I please have a Coke and a medium cup of ice to go,Thank You?! They gave her a total, oh bythe way I forgot to mention I had given these women a $1 plus change tip! Where was I oh yeah they gave her the total and shesaid Thank You and gave them a tip as well. Neither of the 2 ladies there that waited on either of us on either occasion hadenough manners to say Good Morning, Thank You, Please, Have a Nice Day NOTHING! This is the most unpleasant place to start yourday at! I would highly recommend to find some other place to get coffee early in the mornings. Employees very polite. It was a little messy but nothing crazy, especially since it was busy at that moment. Ordered two iced... coffees for my coworker and I, both came out perfect. And don't get me wrong, there's a big difference between "messy" and"dirty". They seed very CLEAN despite being a little unorganized in the midst of a rush, which is definitely more important inmy opinion! I like this place and I love to get my coffee here all the time. Recently, the place became more of homeless shelter than a... Dunkin Donuts. Sketchy characters hangout inside with their backpacks, bags, clothes...etc. Employees avoid interaction withthese homelesses out of fears for their safety. Some of these homeless uses the bathroom to do drugs and I personally found someof the stuff they left behind in the bathroom. The owners should do something about this situation, otherwise you will be losinga lot of customers. I'll update my rating to 5 stars if I see some action been taking and improvement been done! Person who took my order got it wrong I'm multiple ways and gave me attitude about it. Manager less than apologetic. I demanded... the fix to the order without the extra fee it was supposed to cost me. Pretty sure we are both happy I won't be returning. Clock was marked "real time". Should have been "Real time. I asked for a strawberry cosmic coolatta they screwed up a simple order. they put strawberry coolatta with squirts of blue... syrup. It looks so wrong. why not train people better. If you have seen the cosmic coolatta ads then you know it shouldn'tlook like this damn mess. Read more
