The staff need to pay attention to details in the order receipt. This is second time. They forgot to pack a sandwich, a bread,... and dressing. Seems like the staffs are too lazy to look up orders for pickup and trying to short change customers. AND WHYwould you put the name sticker covering top of the straw hole on the drink?? Think before you act. Worst customer service. Idont want to drive all the way back to pickup missing items. Get with the program, and put some thought into customers. Not tomention, too expensive for inadequate portion size ( piece of folded bread with a slap of sauce cost around $13-16. ). Sheeze. Read more
Ate their earlier this week. First off - nice interior and staff behind the counter are friendly and helpful. Food was... exceptional - much better than expected. It was a great salad! All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will gladly returnagain. Read more
I, like a previous review, am leaving a comment because the Sweet Leaf website does not provide any contact information. I... arrived to pick up my to-go order and it wasn't ready yet. So I watched as my salad was made, lid applied, and then carriedoutside. After it was gone for a minute it was brought back in, put in a bag with the sandwich I ordered, stapled shut, and puton the to-go shelf. Being pregnant I at least have to inquire to the staff, why was my salad taken outside? In a flurry theysaid they'd make it again and did so. They even made the sandwich again. But I'm seriously going to wonder for the rest of mylife why my salad was taken outside, which I didn't receive an explanation for at all. Read more

The young, dark haired woman working during my visit (I didn’t catch her name but her attitude and tone of voice towards the... other employees suggests she was a manager of some sort) was condescending and rude. This was my first visit since this summerwhen we were greeted by several pleasant workers and were treated wonderfully. I’m not sure what happened or if it was just abad day, but everything about this visit left a worse taste in my mouth than the awful salad dressing I received on my spicyavocado salad. Please start providing more dressing for your salads. The salads are great and generous portions- but they are almost always dry... because not enough dressing is tossed into it or given on the side. Really disappointing. Read more
I'm thrilled to have a Sweet Leaf location in Reston. I was concerned at first about the availability of free parking near the... Metro station but was pleased to learn that the restaurant validates parking. The salads and bowls at Sweet Leaf are excellentand I plan to make regular lunchtime visits. Read more
I had a lunch catered and the meat dishes arrived cold. The Reston location took no responsibility. I can’t understand how... food left the restaurant hot and arrived cold(not even warm) within 6.8 miles from store location. I had to use the microwave towarm up the food. I will never use them again for catering. Read more
