What's the point of ordering online for pick up when only the drink is ready while the sandwich is laying on the counter getting... cold. The sandwich maker was busy making food and talking on the phone while my sandwich and hash browns were getting cold onthe counter and all she had to do was wrap and give them to me. Someone else had to come in and wrap the food and guess what itwas cold by the time I got it. Read more
I was just in this Dunkin? and not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead via the Dunkin? app,... they didn?t put any cream in my coffee. When I went back to the counter to ask for some cream to add to it, the employees (oneof them being a manager I believe) tried calling to pass it off as being darker due to the peppermint mocha flavor swirl in mycoffee. However, I worked as a barista in college and peppermint mocha syrup doesn?t make coffee THAT dark. They fixed thedrink, but this is my third visit in a row where the employees have been slow in preparing orders or gotten an order wrong (theygave my mother coffee that tasted like it had been sitting all day when I got coffee for us on Veterans Day). This is also thesecond visit in a row where I?ve had to check how much milk was actually in my drink and then gotten coffee spilled onto mypants as a result as well. I?m seriously considering not visiting this location again unless they take some steps to improvetheir speed and service. Read more
Came in for a free coffee on national coffee day, was told I had to buy something, bought a sandwich, got charged for the... coffee. Person working didn't know how to give a refund. So what should have basically been free despite the purchase of asandwich ended up costing $9. I don't expect top notch customer service from a fast food place, but knowing hot conduct a refundis pretty bare minimum. Read more
The hash browns had a strong chemical taste I threw them away. It's like they were cooked in soap or something. I placed a Togo... order and I had to dig through all the orders on the counter and my items were not together. I almost left the store without abag as it was tucked next to someones morning milkshake or whatever it was,overall not a great experience. Read more
Been to this location before with no problems, went today and experienced very poor customer service. I ordered ahead using the... app and this location is near my work but not my home. I ran into some issues getting there and had already had a very longmorning. When I got in my coffee was missing so I asked and they gave me a lot of attitude about how I had ordered it an hourago. Two employees laughed at me and kept talking about how long it had been. Which of course made me mad. They made it and ileft after more ridicule about how late I was. No apology they made it seem as though it was completely my fault. Also verywasteful policies if they throw all drinks away after an hour. Read more
I always have a very positive experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts. Super friendly service. Donuts are fresh and... food/coffee fresh and hot. My favorite item is the Big n Toasted with Double Bacon, 2 Eggs & Cheese on Texas Toast. Fave donutsfor me are Boston Cream and Vanilla Cream. ( shown in picture ) DD coffee rocks! The workers are really unprofessional and they take forver to make your order. And they keep screaming while speaking even using... profanity. I ordered 3 items 20 minutes before I arrived and when I arrived they were just all sitting on one corner andgossiping about not work related things. I had to go up to them and ask them where my order is. That's when they just startedmaking my order. When I got my food I almost threw up. The avocado toast was expired. They hashbrowns were soggy. Worst dunkingever, they need to close this locations so we can open something that's actually edible. NEVER EVER EAT HERE YOU WILL 100% GETFOOD POISONING!!!
