As a native japanese man from the hilltops of sapporo, japan on the island of Hokkaido, i am typically VERY harsh on many... japanese wannabe restaurants. However, i must say this was relatively decent. The only thing that i would have to say that inthe land of the rising sun, the food is typically not THAT expensive. Therefore, if my fellow brothers and sisters in ariake canimprove their supply chain systems to reduce the price, id give this place 5 stars. other than that, nice attempt to gettingclose to the real deal ! Can?t wait to go back! Heard about this place from friends over the years but never had a chance to visit. Food and service was... really great! Only downside was the acoustic in the dining area was not as good as it should be. You can hear the conversationfrom 3-4 tables away, causing customers to talk even louder to carry a conversation. First time here but the sushi rolls were very good quality and very delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the service was... hot or miss. We sat outside which is a very sought after seating but the wait staff wasn't very attentive. The inside area isnice as well. I would definitely go back but would sit inside. The bottle of saki was so good we got 3 bottles of it. Read more

???? rolls were on point!! fish was fresh and had a very clean taste - no weird after taste. they didn?t put too much rice on... the rolls either so it doesn?t fill u up. also the rest of the sushi flavors weren?t drowned out by the white rice. service wasgood and accommodating. i even got a bottle of sake on the side with my sushi. if i had to sum it up in one word: DIVINE ???? Some of the best sushi I've had in this area. It is a little more expensive than other sushi restaurants we've been to but you... will notice the quality here is so much better. Read more

One of my favorite sushi places hands down. I wish they had a bit more variety of rolls. However, the fish is the tastiest best... quality of any sushi I have had, and quality > quantity. The nigiri is always perfect. The toro salmon is my favorite. Udonnoodle soup and miso soup are also quite tasty but the sushi is the star. Not too pricey either. Great for dine in or takeout. Nice ambiance. Both food and service were great. The fish was really fresh and tasty. The fried icecream was not that sweet... which was great. Read more

We had Omakase which was good. Salmon sashimi and tuna hand rolls were memorable. The service was very minimal.
