Could not be happier with our Valentine's dinner. Crab cakes were a delightful surprise, packed full of crab. This meal was... perfectly prepared and an amazing value for everything we received! So glad we added the dessert box... Those macaroons were ourfavorite. ?? Read more

This place is great. Almost no one gets 5 stars from me. In the year of the pandemic, the catering business was difficult to... demonstrate, so The Red Tea Room began to offer their superb food for holiday takeout meals. I had Thanksgiving and ChristmasEve meals from here, each for about $40. The Thanksgiving meal offered staggering portion sizes: I made 3 dinners and one lunchfrom what was sold as dinner for one. The sweet potatoes were sweeter than I prefer, and there was too much candy-like substancein the salad, but overall this was easily an A minus, upgradable to A for the size of the portions. I was worried about sugar inthe Christmas Eve dinner, but it was absent. The salad dressing was not sweet, nor were any significantly sweet saladingredients. The filet mignon, roasted root vegetables, and savory bread pudding were excellent, but the scalloped potatoes werethe best I have had in my life. I began to cook in 1955, to help you understand. Christmas Eve dinner was easily an A.Considering the quality, The Red Tea Room is also a good value. I hope that they offer at least one meal a month until no onecan remember the pandemic. Read more
