No matter when I come to this location, it could be months apart from my last visit; without fail the drive thru line will... always be stacked out the queue, and at least 1 of the things I want to order will not be available?whether it?s a food box or abasic tea. To top it off, you can?t even walk-in and order from a human - there?s a handwritten sign up telling you to drivethru or mobile order only. ????. Never seen a Starbucks like this store. Half the time I show up, it's closed! Last Wednesday I drove up at 1pm in the drive thru... and it was shut down as was the front door. They either run out of supplies or don't have the number of employees to adequatelyrun the store. And these people think they should unionize?? Unions require better workers than this to join. Starbucks shouldclose the store permanently if they can't operate it normally. Read more

Well some would complain that Starbucks doesn't have the best coffee, what they do have is a consistent experience, as long as... you know what to order. If you're looking for an Americano I highly recommend the blonde roast, restretto. It seems to beconsistently the most smooth and good tasting Americano. Read more
Not once but this is the second time I placed an order and did not get what I paid for. I ordered tall vanilla bean frappuccino... with some Carmel drizzle all inside the cup AND with whip cream with extra Carmel drizzle on top of the whip cream and this iswhat I got. Something simple but can't seam to get it right. I am heading to work so I have no time to wait for another drinkto be made. Customer service was great but what I ordered was not correct.
