The girl was sitting on her phone and didn't even see me walk up. The guy on shift with her who made our drinks threw the straws... down on the counter when giving our drinks. The brownie I asked for warmed wasn't warmed. The drinks taste extremely watereddown and terrible. Bad service and bad food/drinks. Fast and efficient. Consistent drinks. Friendly baristas.
So we just went a few minutes ago, we payed for 3 drinks and 1 chocolate crossaint, 2 of the drinks were really bad. I ordered a... strawberry cream frappe with whipcream, first off she didnt fill it all the way up left about a quarter unfilled and with nowhip cream. The second drink which was vanilla bean frappe had no flavor which was disappointing and no whip cream as well. The3rd drink was okay. The chocolate crossaint i asked for was good but not as good when toasted which i had nicley asked foranyways not best starbucks ive been too but its whatever. I don't know which Starbucks im reviewing, but it's in the NB Safeway that is my favorite, most friendly consistently awesome... what ever I order to get me going, even if I will probably procrastinate about anything I will be having the energy to do. Read more

Been 1 time and was told dogs weren't allowed even though my friend had a service dog with proper i.d. we were told the dog... must stay outside & I could order & they would bring it out to us!!! Crazy that a big company hasn't educated employees on lawsof service animals?!! Read more
I am a Starbucks partner who works at Starbucks, ordered a Trenta drink with light ice. They wanted to give me a half full cup.... I was trained on how to make drinks I work for Starbucks too. When a customer asks for light ice you don?t just give them a halffull cup and then say if you want it to be full you have to pay extra Wow! As a partner working for Starbucks, I don?t know howthey are running their store or how they were trained. Your better off going to a real Starbucks location these people clearlydon?t know what they are doing. Read more
