Love love the chicken sandwich. But this location has got to be one of the WORST locations to go to. Super super slow staff and... always getting things wrong. Always super long lines bc of the slow staff. We placed our order for pickup to help avoid thisdrive through line but they closed the dining area and forced us to be in the drive through anyway! Super poor experience at the Renton Popeye. We were driving in the area and needed a quick lunch so stopped at the drive... through. Ordering took ages as we were told to wait a few minutes, and once ordering the server talked super fast and keptmisunderstanding our order. Once we got to the window we were told that the chicken would take another 10 minutes, but ?then thechicken will be fresh?. Ended up waiting 15 minutes until we went inside to get the order. Fries were soggy and oily, chickenwas dripping hot oil and also super soggy? the biscuits were the only decent part. Definitely should have listened to thereviews. Read more
Got in line for 30 minutes. I didn't mind the wait for getting my food , but once I ordered and got to the window, the lady... talking to me was very sweet and considerate and she corrected my order when the guy grilling was bringing the *wrong order* soI had to wait for my actual order a second time, I didn't mind. But I ordered an extra side and the other girl repeated my ordertwice and again when I got to the window and I still didn't get the large lemonade I got a medium and I didn't get my extraside, but I didn't think to check before driving away cause of the conditions I was waiting for I figured she would have givenme everything I ordered and we were conversing and talking about our day while I waited for my food and that was sweet and allso I figured she was distracted enough to forget my order, but that was my experience and I wasn't too happy to get home andfind I didn't get my whole order ???? Dining room is closed. They let you place an app order for in store pick up but when you arrive they won't let you in. Instead... you have to down 40 minutes in the drive through to get food that you have already paid for. Worst Popeyes location I've everbeen to. It's literally faster to drive to another location than to get food here. If they were honest in the app it would besomewhat understandable. Read more
Was I line over a hour just for them to say they were out of chicken by the time I got to order. (It seemed like they were... stalling the cars because they were all out of chicken to be honest, I have never been in a line over a hour for Fast Food!) Allthey had was chicken sandwiches so I ended up getting 2 of them & one of them the bread was so hard to the point I couldn?t eveneat the sandwich. I understand its almost closing but I?m upset I spend my money on some food I couldn?t even eat!! Great food! They have the absolute best chicken sandwiches, and the nuggets with blackened ranch sauce keep me coming... back. They are usually very very busy, short staffed, and the lobby is often closed. The drive through doesn't move too fast sobe prepared for a wait. The food is fantastic though! Read more
