They keep missing parts of the order and they NEVER pick up when you try to call them and resolve the problem. Sometimes it?s... just one pizza topping that?s missing, a couple of times an order of breadsticks was missing, extra sauce, Parmesan shaker. Thishas been happening for a couple of months!! I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time and I have to say this delivery and location was top-notch! They they followed... and made my pizza exactly the way I ordered it. I have to say I was expecting something to be lacking or missing as has been myexperience with other locations. The bonus was my pizza arrived nice and hot and I did not have to actually heat it up ondelivery. I may have to go back to ordering from Pizza Hut again more often! ???????????? Read more
Sure wish when I got home the pan crust I ordered wasn't thin crust! Thin crust sucks definitely skipping pizza hut for a while.
Location and staff are fine. Pretty great deal through the website too. Pros of Pizza Hut: it is nostalgic and the stuffed... crust tastes exactly how I remember it from childhood. Chicken wings are also pretty fly. Cons: almost no sauce on the pizzacompared to other places but I suppose some people like that. Read more
Painful screw up. No wings, wrong pizzas, and I had to drive to the store to fix it because links to the store phone resulted... in 6 hang ups. Then they sent me out with a half order of wings. I gave them 5 stars because of their service. I ordered online and they forgot to add one of the toppings. When I told them, the... worker was very nice about it and remade it for me quickly. They also gave me brownie for free. It's not about the free brownie,it's about the professional and generous attitude of that employee. ???????? Read more
As you can see from the reviews this location has problems. I ordered at 11:40 and expected to have my order by 12:20. I tried... calling to fix an address issue while waiting for the delivery but could not reach anyone for 40 minutes. Finally the drivershowed up at ~12:40. Unfortunately, there were issues. I ordered diet and they gave me a regular pepsi, the pepsi was openedalready, the melt had ham when I asked for none. If you call the phone number listed on their website or google you get sent toa call center not the store. I called another store which turned out to be the call center and they directed me to corporate. I filed a complaint with corporate but they redirected me back to the store because all they could do was run it up the chain. So back to the store... I called again and waited 20 minutes with no response. Waited a bit and thought, "Did the zombies getthem?" and said surely this time they'll pick up, but they again did not and I waited another 20 minutes. In total I've spentone and a half hours today trying to get some response. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute nightmare. I uploadeda photo of my online order confirmation. Read more
