Went into to get lunch. One worker standing there helping a customer before me. The worker doing somthing with the white rice. I... asked her is anybody going to help me. She I am doing this right now. The worker that got done with the first customer went toputting food away. I?m the only person in line at this point. 5 minute have passed I see at least 8 workers . 2 of which arejust looking at me. I paid for my lunch by cash without getting my change. Wife's food missing second half of items no broccoli beef she was pretty upset when we got home.
Before this Panda Express I would have said their food is the same at all locations, it's been consistently delicious from... Florida to Washington. Until now. Containers were less than 2/3 full, one of the bowls was incorrect (mushroom chicken insteadof broccoli beef), the super greens were mostly cabbage with a couple of raw broccoli florets, the rice was stale and dry, theorange chicken was mushy inside the breading, the egg rolls were chewy and gushing oil, and almost everything tasted slightlyrancid. I've been here a couple of times and nothing stood out (good or bad). Pretty typical panda. My last visit, however, was not... great. Both the orange chicken and Beijing beef we're blobs of mush. First of all, if they're going to label their dishes, they should put the dishes that they have under the correct labels. Their... teriyaki chicken breast was sitting in the sweet fire chicken breast location and they did not even have sweet fire chickenbreast on the menu today. Over all the visit was somewhat disconcerting and unpleasant. Half the things they had available werein the wrong spot according to their labels and several things were out but still had labels and food underneath them. I dobelieve there's some training that needs to go on here that or they need to learn how to take down signs when they run out ofthings. Read more
There was a line to get to the oder area, but moving pretty fast. The foods taste good. The services was good too.
Everything for this place says they close at 9 so when I placed an order that says the pick up time after the reported closing... time so I came before 9 thinking the app was wrong and instead of just letting me know I was early the line cook in the back wasbeing rude, glaring at me and complaining about me loud enough to hear across the restaurant.
