So, I have no problem with the quality of food and the employees work very hard, but if you place a pickup order on... Friday/Saturday evening, don't bother showing up for at least 30 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready. I realizethat those are busy times for them, and they can't control the number of orders, but it is frustrating to wait in the store for35 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, only to get home and find that all of the requested ingredients weren'tincluded. That is on them, so three stars. Having said that, if you go at any time other than Sat/Sun evening, you willprobably be pretty happy. Still, they need to figure out a system to accurately tell the customer the actual expected pickuptime instead of the blanket 15 minutes that they use regardless of how busy they are. Read more
Cauliflower crust was shockingly good! Loading up with spicy marinara, vegetables and cheese, spicy mustard sauce, and balsamic.... The only downside was that I added the beyond meat which change the texture. Next time I'll get one without but it was stilldelicious! Great quick service. Brought the boys and bought three pies (1 gutten free and 2 regular). Employee was patient and super helpful building out the... pies. We came around 4:30pm so there was one other customer in front of us. I like the dining area, lots of windows, lots oflight, and clean. The only section that was not clean was the drink dispensers that needed some attention. I'm super happy thatthis MOD Pizza location opened up. They also have limited outdoor seating with umbrellas. Parking is plenty but be forewarned,the line for the Starbucks Coffee can get long and block you from entering the parking. You may have to park on the other sidecloser to Ace Hardware and walk across the drive through lane. Cheers! Read more
We ordered three pizzas tonight and all of them comes with heavy toppings,no doubt but the crust was super soggy. We usually... order from Newcastle Mod pizza,never got any complaints. Tried this one as newly opened and near to our location. Never gonnaorder again from this location. I will recommend everyone to go extra mile if not want to ruin your evening. Read more
Normally Mod has great servings sizes and portions. I?m not sure if they are cutting costs but I?ll be sticking with the other... locations over this one. Basically eating pizza with nothing on it. Read more
MOD Pizza is what it is. Decent pizza, done to order, quickly. Price is the same no matter what you put on the pizza or salad.... The staff is always nice and friendly at the Fairwood one. The staff has been great at every MOD we've tried. Read more
