Absolutely worst experience at a mc.donalds ive ever had. The lady at the counter straight up said she doesnt have time to take... my order so use the kiosk. After 15 mins of messing with the kiosk i finally managed to order 2 items & it took forever to getmy food. To top it off the food was soggy. dont come here, go to wendys down the street instead. Today is the second day in a row that we've hit this place up after 6am, and have had to turn and leave because they were not... open. Luckily there's another McDonald's 3 mins away, so we're still able to get breakfast and the best dollar coffee on our wayto work- so you see, morning stops are critical and must be meaningful. Although I will say I don't feel too put out, becausethe Apple Pies in the morning at this location suck!! They're either over cooked- where the apple filling seems like candiedapples, or under cooked leaving the pie dough soft and mushy...gross. Read more
They don't have enough room in the drive thru. They'll tell you to pull up and wait for your order but there isn't enough room... for two cars side by side. So, you either get stuck behind someone waiting for their food while yours gets cold or you have theexperience of people honking at you while you wait. It has happened too many times so I won't be returning. Read more
I?ve been a frequent flyer @ this location forever. Overall it?s been consistent & the staff is great. My main complaint is the... standby lane. Apparently it was an afterthought, there is barely enough room for the vehicles to squeeze by. If your in a truckyou?ll block the whole line which results in horn blowing impatient customers. They have the real estate to move it north a fewfeet, I don?t understand why they can?t do it. The very nice person who brought out my order this AM asked me if I knew I waspulled up over the curb, so I explained why I do it & to tell her manager that I?ll do it every time I am directed to standby. I don't like the new thing where there's no one working the counter to take my order. Seems to be the common process these days.... I have to figure out the automated touchscreen point of sale to place an order. Can I do it yes. Do I want to no. You want 15$hr? They'll make a computer to do your job. Read more
I waited in line at the drive through and five cars went ahead of me and mine line was very slow more than other line. It wasn't... worth my time I don't think I'll be going to McDonalds for awhile Read more
