Overall my experience has been a great one here, they?re able to have fast service even in rush hour, have fresh fries and food,... and are usually welcoming and nice. The reason I dinked them down is because sometimes the cashiers and workers are out of itand have no energy. Read more
I was working across the street this morning and I walked over right after 10 am hoping to catch breakfast. The dining room was... closed , ( opens at 11 ). I was starving and had been thinking about a McGriddles all day , ( I don?t eat fast food , today wasan exception) my co workers and I watched a guy walk through the drive through. They served him and gave him his food. I wasdesperate, really hungry, so I walked through the drive through. I asked the order machine if they allowed walk through sand Igot no response. I waited a few mins before walking forward to the window to see if anyone was there Nobody , I waited afew mins , Finally , a guy walks by , looks at me and keeps walking, doesn?t say ? just a second ? or ? we only serve carsin the drive through? he didn?t even acknowledge I was standing there except the glance . I finally gave up , walked acrossthe street to go back to work and turned back and there was someone right there . Of course. . It just sucked . Wasn?t horribleservice or anything, just was no service at all , then the kid looking and walking away. . Plus they served the guy rightbefore me. . They weren?t busy either , nobody inside. . I've been coming here 2 times a week for the past 8 months, love how they have added additional mobile pickup spot from 2 to 5... parking spots. Food is always consistent and I have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly. Read more
Check your order before leaving drive thru! I ordered a big mac, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 apple pies. I got 3, 10 piece... nuggets and fries. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag until I had already left. Told the lady in the drive-thru this happensover half the time I come through this drive-thru and she just smugly looked at me then turned around and walked away. 7/17/22Made the mistake of going here again and not checking my order. I don't eat a lot of fast food so it's not a habit. This is thefirst time here since my last review. Ordered a Big Mac, 2 1/4lb-ers and an apple pie. Got shorted a 1/4lb-er. Went back calledtwice because I didn't want another 10 minute wait in the drive thru line. Manager came out and gave it to me. Told me that theywere understaffed. She couldn't have cared less.
