Food here was good. Not salty. More expensive than other KFC locations I have visited.
Food is always hot and fresh and I've never had any issues with this establishment. I enjoy visiting this location though there... is always loiterers in their vehicles for long periods of time and they leave trash often in the parking lot. Theres alsodefinitely a rat problem surrounding KFC and the apartment complex next door. Read more
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. They made me wait in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. Forgot my order. Got my order wrong. And... then I get my order and the food was cold. Highly annoyed. They parked every car that went through the drive though too. Likewhy. Highly dissatisfied customer. Y?all should not be doing business like this. The customer service here is horrendous! You order, they rush you. You get to the window to pay, and they take your money and... tell you to park out front, even when there is no one else behind you. They won't give you an opportunity to ask for sauce.After you park you wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes for your food. On top of that, they rarely give you a receipt, so when yourorder is wrong, there isn't really anything you can do about it or give feedback online. The only reason I am giving 2 stars isbecause when they don't screw up my order the food is pretty good. Read more
Bought 2, 6 piece Nashville hot chicken tenders and a small sprite and was told my order was just shy of $40???? Then in the... drive through the woman at the window told me ?can you go we have another customer behind you? after I paid but had yet toreceive my food. After questioning the price of the food I went back through the drive through and was told that I was charged$6.00 solely for the sauce that goes on the chicken tenders? And was told that they ?don?t offer Nashville chicken tenders?despite having them on the menu and serving them to me. The NH chicken tenders were priced at $12.00 for a 6 piece on the menubut you mean to tell me that I was charged an additional $6.00 JUST FOR SAUCE ?????????
