The service was super fast, but the food was terrible. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and I will try to avoid returning... to this place. I'm sorry, but the tuna sandwich was cold, most of the cheese was out of the sandwich and the tuna tasted weird.I do not recommend this place. Read more
The sandwiches here are OK, fresh but kind of bland-tasting in general. The service is usually quick but the workers aren?t very... friendly. They used to say ?have a good day? to customers as they walked out the door, which was a nice touch, but they don?tseem to do that anymore. The seating area is alright?it?s comfortable even during lunch hour when the restaurant is really busy.But the parking lot is just a complete mess?the parking spaces are really small and there aren?t enough of them. Getting out ofthe lot is a mess even on the weekend when it?s not busy, because this place is right in the middle of a congested block withtons of traffic going in both directions constantly. Jimmy John?s has it down pat. A fixed menu...make it right every time. I tend to like variation but if I am in the mood for a... good sandwich I know exactly where to go. Made fresh every time. They have added whole wheat sub buns to basic white bun andwheat bread. I liked it! quick sandwiches, predicable prices, and they deliver too. Normally this location is on the ball and "Freaky Fast". My last experience was way below that standard. I ordered my sandwich... at 3:23pm for delivery and got the email saying they received my order, app also showed that my order was received. I waited 30minutes (they could be busy)... 45 minutes (really busy?)... I then went on my meal break at 1 hour past the time I ordered it(still shows they have received my order). Still nothing. Called and got the response of "we don't do delivery past 4pm, wevoided your order. Someone was supposed to have called to tell you". My response was "No one called me, I ordered it at 3:23pmand I am now 15 minutes into my meal break with no meal. What am I supposed to do now?" Their response was "I suggest you getfood somewhere else then.". Tried to call back this week to speak about this further and apparently this location is nowpermanently closed. Read more
