Went in today ordered my #10 only had a 100.00 on me store wouldn't except it says they don't except those bills. To bad I go to... this store once a week for a #10 and after this issue. I have no plans to ever go back to this jimmy Jones,from now on I will betaking my weekly lunch at there competition. potluck sandwich is in same parking lot lol and is way better then Jimmy Jones. Sothanks to your policy you have lost a costumer for life and potluck has gained one. Read more

Visited location for the first time. I will not be returning. I simply wanted brown mustard. I saw that it said free on the... board, but offered to pay. They told me I had to buy a sandwich. I asked if I could purchase a drink in exchange. They told me Ihad to buy a sandwich. The gentleman behind me offered to ask for some mustard with his. She asked me how many I wanted. I said4. Asked if 2 would work. I asked for 4 again. She filled them up a quarter of the way. I?ve never seen someone try so hard toprovide bad customer service. Read more
