Got in the drive thru lane at 11:30pm behind 3 cars. Finally got to the order board at 11:45pm, no answer. 11:48pm they come on... to tell us they're closed. They're not supposed to close until midnight. We mentioned that and they ignored us. There is no wayto get out of the drive thru lane so we have to wait while everyone in front of us gets served. Now there's another car behindus and they're stuck just like we are. Why do you have published operating hours if your employees can just decide to closeearly? Read more

Extremely rude staff. Pulled into drive thru and a gentleman told us they would be right with us, we said no problem. About a... minute later a lady spoke quickly over the intercom and we didn?t quite hear what she said. My sister thought she was there totake our order and started with ?Hi can we-? when the lady very rudely and abruptly cut her off and yelled ?ma?am I said I?ll bewith you in a minute!? Definitely could?ve been handled better as I?m sure they know that customers sometimes have a difficulttime hearing them in the drive thru?all she had to do was say ?oh I?m so sorry, we just need another second and then I can takeyour order??we backed out of the drive thru as no one was behind us and left. Store closes at 12:00. I got in drive thru line at 11:29. At 11:43 an employee said they were not taking any orders. They asked... each car to let the car behind them know, and we all had to drive away. Not how you should do business. ***EDIT*** Per thecomment below, Jack In the Box asked me to reach out, so I did. This was lip service for corporate. They didn't ask any followup questions or offer a gift card or otherwise make things right. Never going to this location again. Read more
Trapped in line waiting for the stupid drive thru people to fill an order. It's been 15 mins. The person that took my order was... extremely rude without so much as a hi. I knew I shouldn't have ordered here but I did anyway because I wanted ice cream. Now Ican't get out. Read more
Its average quality fast food. The cashier told me to come back in 30 mins to order for an employee break. But the opening hours... do not specify this. Should include : 9-5 break 5:30- 11. Read more
