This is my first time ordering dominos in like a decade and was looking for some cheap pizza for a kids pool party. We get our... delivery on time and the adults had a few slices, seriously everyone was shocked how good it was! The crust and sauce wasfantastic and they were generous with the toppings. I would give less than zero if I could. Editing my review and still the same however worse. The ?manager' was horrible! My food... was wet and inedible. She sent a driver out to pick up my food without replacement. She hung up on me twice. Said I?ll get myrefund in 5-7 days after her driver picks up the food. TF!!!! Good riddance and get shut down! I ordered for pick up and arrived when the website estimated my order to be ready. I walked in and they took my name and asked... what car I'm in. I told them and they told me to go wait in my car. I waited another 15 minutes. The website said my food wasready but no one was bringing it so I walked back in. Someone who looks like the manager yelled when he saw me "She's back!!!".And my food was just sitting there. They handed it to me without a word and I left. I?ve always ordered at this location for pickup. My order is always pretty much the same, philly steak with ham and cheese and... thin crust. This time at the pickup I tell them that it is burnt (see picture) she says no that?s how it is (which is NOT true).As if it?s my first time ordering a pizza. Attitude and service ?> ZERO. This Dominoes location is normally great in my experience but I ran into an issue with the pizza this time. The one I ordered... was undercooked and so soggy it literally soaked the box it came in. When I called Katrina the manager questioned and doubted meabout it being undercooked. She then agreed to send out a replacement pizza and hung up on me. Hopefully this one will be betterthan before. UDPATE 4/20/19: Their pizzas whenever this "Elvis" person makes them seem to get worse and worse. Almost everypizza here comes out looking soggy since my original review. Everything else is fine, but why is their pizza coming out lookingdrenched in juices. I've included a new photo to show what I mean. Read more
