I've been coming to this location for 6 years every time I'm in washington. I've always gotten a hot 44 oz sugar free caramel... americano. The barista said they wouldn't do it and they don't and didn't believe that I had gotten it LITERALLY EVERY SINGLEMORNING I AM IN TOWN. Its one of my favorite parts about coming to Washington. I used to love this store, but the quality of service has deprecated to the point where it's unreasonable over the past two... years. Today was the last straw. I had a large order for my 3 children, my husband, and myself. My husband could not remember myorder, so he asked me. I figured I'd take the opportunity to ask about their specials, because there's nothing more than apicture and a name. Right now they're all Seahawks themed, so who knows what's in them. The lady who was serving us said, "Theydon't know what they want, and WALKED AWAY to serve the Lamborghini in the other lane that had two customers inside. Little didshe know I usually tip profusely and would have definitely ordered more than what two people could possibly consume. Her loss,and Big Foot's too, because I won't try a third store. They have the most rude staff and are clearly untrained in customer service. Every time I come here the price of my drink... changes, they don?t have a fixed price for their drinks. Today when the barista handed me my drink it was leaking from out thelid, I pointed that out to her and kindly asked her to remake it but instead she just wrapped my drink in a bunch of napkins andsaid ?that?s what the napkins are for? I wouldn?t suggest coming to this location. Read more
Slowest location, doesnt matter if there are 2 or 5 workers. Decent drinks, just like all Bigfoot locations. But if you don't... have 30min to spare just sitting there waiting, go somewhere else. Read more
Great coffee, though prepare to wait around 4 to 8 minutes per car that's in line. Typically there's going to be at least 2 or 3... at any given time. Read more

These girls come here to hang out not to work. Huge turn over rate no one is trained properly. You can tell they get paid hourly... moving at a snails pace Always see them on there phones. They can never make a cup of coffee in a timely fashion. I wouldmtrecommend coming here. Owner need to do somthing about this stand Read more
