Young worker didnt listen to what I was saying. Just focused on what he had to say. Cant take people orders like that :(
This place is the worse they have you pull into their parking lot from the drive thru for a few minute wait with no one behind... you. This requires you to go all the way around the block, as the street is only a one-way out of the drive thru. I will notcome back here again. This has happened to me 2 times. Read more

I just went to the drive thru only ordered two meals for $20 and had to wait for them another 5 min and when we got our food... after having to wait it was cold, my hamburger was under cooked, fries where cold. The worst customer service! Will never goback! And Will NEVER waste my money here again!! Next time I'll just.go.to McDonald's! Read more
Went through the drive thru and the worker was in such a rush for our order they kept asking, even when we said we needed a... second to review the menu. There were no cars behind us. The worker sarcastically said "onneee mississippiiii" into the mic,just entirely unprofessional. Then they asked us to pull forward to the arrow after paying. The car behind us started laying onthe horn and yelling for us to move, but we hadn't received our order yet. A worker came out and made us actually leave, it took2 u-turns and 3 red lights to get back to the restaurant. No apology at all. Read more
I was the only person there, no line inside or out and yet I received cold food. Burger was basically thrown in the wrapper... since lettuce was falling out as I was pull the burger out of the bag. I also ordered chili cheese fries and only got cheese, nochili. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend going somewhere else. Read more
Ordered online, they were not able to fulfill 1/3 of my order. They aren't able to initiate the refund at the store. Spent 30... minutes on the phone to Corp and The call disconnected. Went to the taco bell/KFC further up Rainer and they had solutions. Read more
It's fast food. It's not The A&W I remember from my youth but still a decent burger and rootbeer floats ????
