We just returned from a trip to Texas that included a stop at the famous Magnolia Bakery in Waco. While the cookies and cinnamon... rolls were very good, they didn't compare to Upstate Cookie Shack. So lucky to have the best in our own backyard! Read more
They have expanded their selection of sweets. Not only do they have cookies but cinnamon rolls, candy, cheesecake and soft ice... cream. Everything we had was very good but want to go back for ice cream. Read more
Super cute little store, everything looked delicious. My only complaint is that the ice cream machine is currently broken, which... is the only reason we went there. Didn't leave disappointed though ?? We each got a cinnabon, and I also got a small homemade PBcup ???? very yummy! It was also nice that when I asked the guy working the register about items and he was unsure, there wasanother coworker close by who did know. I'd love to go back when the machine is fixed...get some truffles too hehe Read more

I made my Albany area friend pick up, and deliver these to me in upstate NY. She handed me a box of 6 cookies and it weighed... about 10 pounds! We had a variety of cookies between us and I have to say, I never knew I could like a cookie so much! It wasmassive, gooey and satisfying. My favorite was the sugar cookie ???? I will absolutely get cookies from here again (theydeliver), and hope to some day visit in person to get a warm cookie!!!!! Read more
I had the maple cheesecake doordashed when in the area. It came packed in a container in a nice paper bag. This was arguably the... best cheesecake I have ever experienced. It had a whipped consistency and was very light and airy, a nice change from traditionNY style cheesecake. The flavor was wonderful, not overpowering but prominent.
