Love this little place! I?ve traveled almost an hour 3 different times to come here. Cookies are great (especially the sugar... cookies with buttercream icing). The cheesecake is also fantastic. Lots of delicious things here and very easy to spend a lot ofmoney. Read more

We just returned from a trip to Texas that included a stop at the famous Magnolia Bakery in Waco. While the cookies and cinnamon... rolls were very good, they didn't compare to Upstate Cookie Shack. So lucky to have the best in our own backyard! Read more
They have expanded their selection of sweets. Not only do they have cookies but cinnamon rolls, candy, cheesecake and soft ice... cream. Everything we had was very good but want to go back for ice cream. Read more

I had the maple cheesecake doordashed when in the area. It came packed in a container in a nice paper bag. This was arguably the... best cheesecake I have ever experienced. It had a whipped consistency and was very light and airy, a nice change from traditionNY style cheesecake. The flavor was wonderful, not overpowering but prominent.
