After waiting for the 4 cars ahead of me to go through the drive-up, I finally ordered and received ice cold food with the wrong... sauce AND the wrong size drink. Because the dining room was not open , I went back to the drive-up order speaker to ask for thecorrect sauce and was instructed that I would have to go through the entire drive-through again in order to receive my correctorder. The response I got was rude and unhelpful. The tone of the employee on the other end of the speaker sounded annoyed by myrequest. Mind you, I said nothing about the completely cold meal and disgusting greasy fries I was served. All I asked for wasthe correct sauce and these employees couldn?t figure a way yo get it yo me without me waiting for 5 cars ahead of me to gothrough the drive through. I am really tired of getting this kind of service. I completely wasted my time and money tonight,threw out the nasty meal I was served and went someplace else as I should have in the first place. Tuesday night 11/22...both lanes of the drive thru and parking lot full plus ppl sitting in their cars who had ordered on line .... Over a half hour wait for food and instead of telling people this they kept taking orders. Garbages over flowing, no ice anddirty tables. Yes..I know it was a fluke to be that busy but tell ppl they will have a very long wait. Read more
Spent $42 and our burgers were raw, our 20 chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting there for a while and of course no... sauce or napkins in the bag. The only thing hot was the fries which were way over salted! Read more
EDITx2: okay so I keep coming back and generally the good outweighs the bad. I wouldn't do curbside though. Just go in.
