Quickly walked to this place while my Amtrak train was waiting to take off. This was the best Dunkin I?ve ever been too. The... woman who took my order was super kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone else was really busy with the drive through andcleaning and making drinks, but the place was still very clean and fast and they were all extremely friendly and hospitable,even after I had ordered by asking how my drink was, asking if I needed anything else, etc. really great. Revamped the place but not the employees. When managers there in am. Coffee is great. After that it's sucks. Don't know what the... one lady's problem is. The heavy set light skin black lady with glasses never puts sugar in my coffee. Every other person buther puts sugar in my coffee. What part of 4 sugar 4 cream don't she understand. To much in rush to get to her phone and standaround. Why I'm done with this place till she learns 4 sugar doesn't mean no sugar. Ill drive up the hill to East Greenbushbefore I go back there.
