FYI this Dunkin' Donuts claims that the espresso machine shuts down at 9:00 an hour before they close so their espresso is not... available. I know this is not the case that it's because the employees cleaned the Special Machine an hour before closed andthey don't want to clean it again for someone else who has espresso if a company offers a menu item it should be offered at alltimes especially a company like Dunkin' Donuts which has many others that offer the espresso option until they close. I drove 14miles out of my way to come to the Dunkin' Donuts to get one shot of espresso in my coffee and I was told that the machine shutsdown at 9:00p. I will never be going to this Dunkin' Donuts again and I highly recommend that you avoid it as well especiallywhen lied to. I'm not sure what happened to the old adage the customer is always right. Definitely prefer their coffee and business practices over Starbucks! Only thing is the person as the window should not be... handling money and your bag or cup. Someone with clean hands or gloves should be handling the food and drinks all the waythrough. Covid is still and thing and getting worse. Also please change your ?midnight roast? back to calling it dark roast. Notsure why it?s so important to call it midnight. This all goes for every Dunkin? doughnuts. But my review happened here.
