Decent prices at this store. Tends to be busy but it's one of the few grocery stores in Reno/Sparks that is open 24 hours. If... you want to avoid the crowd, try shopping late night. You'll have to move around their stocking team, but small price to pay toget in and out quickly. Read more

Came up to Reno spur of the... moment for a funeral; we hosted a lovely dinner at the AirBNB we rented for the weekend. Every time I shop at WinCo I have a good experience. All the workers are very helpful if you don't know where something is and a... lot of other places I've seen they're running out of product and WinCo usually has everything that I need. I am a dedicated smith,s shopper. I was told of the winco at spanish springs location and decided to go check it out. I was... totally blown away. The store was amazing! .the staff was friendly and helpful. The bins of bulk items, omg!!!,Fabulous. I thenwent to the bakery there was freshly made bangles, again totally blown away. My mom and I came here to get some groceries. And this is the worst Winco Foods place I've ever shopped in, the employees here... are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. The woman employee at the Deli looked tired of taking our order, and I felt that theother black woman employee next to her was gossiping about us to the other customers. I can't forget how they looked at us. Andthe guy named "Spencer" working at the Self-Checkout didn't help us right away and looked like he was taking a few breaks beforecoming to help me. And he definitely smirked in a bad way, I think the employees here can just racist anyone they want wheneverthey want. My mom is an Asian, though I was born here in the US, I just couldn't keep watching how they treated her and me. Thisis a place where a 15-year old like me filed a complaint. If this is how the employees here treat customers, I think they should reconsider their jobs. But I am being conside rate because at least the Manager was friendly and apologized instead ofthe employee. I think they should be thankful that they're not fired yet. Read more
