I would leave zero stars if I could lol. The person taking my order in the drive thru was so rude! And I understand working... customer service isn't always easy but that doesn't give them a free pass to be extremely rude and scream at me. I didn't hearthem when they spoke on the speaker and the guy sighed and yelled through the speaker. U could tell in his tone of voice hewasn't happy. Then it took forever to get our food. Read more

Tried to come to this location for lunch, went through the drive through, and ordered the pretzel pub burger. The employee... immediately assumed that I wanted the meal and then asked if I wanted it "spicy,??, or grilled?" Unfortunately, I could neverunderstand what that second words was, but I felt like he was giving me the chicken sandwich options. So I reiterated that Iwanted the hamburger. He was bound and determined that these were options for the hamburger even though I kept telling himHAMBURGER and it had never come with those options before. We went around like this a few times so I told him never mind I'mgoing to a different location. Both because I knew he wasn't going to get my order right and that probably by this point he wasgoing to spit in my food. So I went to the S. Virginia location and made my same order. S. Virginia did not assume that I wanteda meal and did not ask me to choose chicken sandwich options for my hamburger. I was definitely happy I decided to leave theLongley location. Truly disappointing, the person working the counter and the drive thru should know the menu and the options. Read more

I returned the spicy nuggets I didnt order. The cashier grimaced at me insisting I I said spicy. I dont make any fuss, but he... gives me the stink eye. This is their customer service? Wow!! Read more

Not sure of the cashier's name, but he's an older Hispanic gentleman, my receipt says Paul. The last three times I've been here... he has charged me for a larger size than what I order and I have to correct him each time. This is bordering on bait and switchterritory. This never happened previously with other cashiers or at any other Wendy's. The food is always very fresh here, butborderline illegal practices upcharging customers. I heard another customer complaining about it as I was sitting here eating mylunch. Read more

This is a worse place to get food at ww where in drive through for al.ost 30 min before taking out order and on top of it there... 2 Cara ahead of us were in the drive through as well honking the horn this is the slowest service that I ever went through Ihate this place I won't go back here to this wendys. They should give your mean free of charge to make u wait in drive throughto place your order at the order place and to get your food when u get to the window. Worse services ever. Read more

I hate this place now. So they used to be okay but now it's overpriced, the food isn't worth the money, and the workers are... rude. For 4 people it was 50$ for 4 combos, I could've gone to a restaurant with that. The worker who took my order was so...Aggressive towards me. I had to change my order and apologized for doing so, he scoffs at me and says "Okay." I accidentallyordered onion rings and he said, in such an abasing tone, "We don't have onion rings. This isn't Red Robin." I apologize, comeup to the window, pay, and leave. I don't want to come here again if they continue to treat customers like this. Read more

No stars if I could! The pictures speak for themselves. I?m not a picky person, but this is the most disgusting salad I?ve ever... seen. Give me my $10 back, plus the 18 min I spent sitting in your drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. If this is what youserve people, you?re filthy animals! ???? anyone working at this place on 7/17/ 22 around 12pm should be fired for allowing thisto happen, every single piece of lettuce was brown or slimy?. Where to start. Your employees need to pay attention. I ordered 3 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets was given and charged for 3... spicy chicken sandwiches. I wasn't given a receipt or anything I ushally get lunch here 3 times a week wel not anymore thereisn't any excuse you weren't even busy exspeshally to justify me sitting in the drivethrough for 25 minuts waiting for foodafter I pulled up to the window and paid.
