I got a hamburger from Wendy's in Golden Valley only to get home with a hamburger bun that was so hard in can't believe it.... Someone please tell me how that happens. As a culinary And hospitality professional I witnessed customer service that was terrible. A customer was picking up their... drink tray. Which collapsed when the customer lifted it. The drinks lids popped and the cups spilled . The staff would notreplace the drinks. Every food operation can accommodate a food loss to satisfy a customer. It is in the budget for operationof food service. If it is not, the place is not being managed correctly. Read more
If I could give this Wendy?s a zero I would! This is my fourth time ordering through their drive-thru within the last few months... and have had the wrong meals each time. You don?t have time to open each sandwich while in the drive-thru so I have waited untilI got home the first time. The meals were wrong, grilled chicken instead of home style. Second time we got spicy which you can?ttell in the car in the dark. The third time the soda was spilled on my vehicle and the meals we?re wrong again. Fourth time wetried salads instead. Wrong salads right dressing. And now tonight a fifth visit I ordered the honey spicy chicken sandwichcombo with country style chicken. I received a grilled chicken sandwich with a soggy tomato that I did not order. I have alsoordered sweet tea twice and received diet soda. I?m done eating here. It?s close to home and I believe in giving places morethan one chance. This Wendy?s needs some serious help. They also never give you your receipt and the total on the screen nevermatches the total when you get to the window. I don?t mind tipping but let me decide how much. Don?t just take it on your own! The line moved quickly, the customer service was pleasant, and the peppermint frosty was.... not as good as I hoped for it to be... but still yummy and worth the try. The nuggets, as always, were bomb. Read more
