Staff is friendly. Food was what I expected and served promptly. The decor isn't as nice as other Wendy's in town. There's... always a long line at drive thru. Needing to ask for key to bathroom causes unnecessary delay at register and feels awkward. Read more
Have never been so disrespected at any place in public EVER. Literally sitting in the drive through during lunch time, no other... cars behind me and 3 cars in the parking lot. I started to order but my husband was taking a moment to tell me which drink. Thefemale handling the window was disgusting. After she asked me " can I get you anything else?" She proceeded to say " JesusChrist" like did you forget your at work? That your on a microphone? This is how you treat your customers to help keep yourplace of employment in business? The Dave's Double and Single were pretty fresh, the fries, however, were not. I was super hungry so I ate most of them though so... you get a 4. One of my favorite places to eat hamburgers!!! Read more
The woman on the intercom/drive thru window was nothing but rude and short. I can only hope there were cameras at the window... showing how many times we had to get her attention for things forgotten in our order or even a couple of extra napkins. Even theway she handed off our BBQ sauce was terrible, and I wasn't aware you could make that exchange bad. And in the end, she stillforgot one of our fries and small drink. During the ordering process, she continuously (literally after every single item) askedif that was all. It was excessive and made us feel rushed. We only ordered for 3 people but she just didn't seem to have thepatience for a 2 minute order. I called 3 times once we returned to the hotel to see if we could return for the fries and nobodyanswered. Read more
Cristina, working the drive thru window, was not only rude, she got our order wrong forgetting an extra order of fries. No... apology, no thank you, no nothing. No napkins, no ketchup, no baked potato, no veterans discount and no senior discount. Herattitude was so bad that I had to compose myself because my wife does not approve of me getting angry (even when it is justifiedlike tonight). We are polite and courteous and I would expect the same in return especially from a business that is publicrelation oriented. If someone is this rude, they shouldn't be at the window. Put her asz in back scrubbing the deep fryer. Whenwe got home, we looked at our fries (see pic). They are medium, but holding the amount of a small. (NO, there was only ONE fryin the bag, they didn't fall out). They were cold and had mostly small pieces in them. This location used to be just awful. Itwas remodeled and we gave it a try and it had really turned around. We went there often and it stayed good. Nowadays, they NEVERhave baked potatoes, and twice we went there at night during business hours, and they had turned of the sign on the street, thedining room and the drive thru menu. Making themselves looked closed so people will drive in and leave. I drove up and askedthem to turn on the menu and ordered food. They apologized about the menu and said they forgot to turn it on. I went to drive thru tonight 12/4/2022 and ordered a #9 and a Dave's double just to get home in Sparks to realize I got two... Dave's doubles not my bourbon bacon burger I have food allergies and can't eat my dinner I tried to call but no one picks upphone. I can't get back to restraunt to get fixed because I live in Sparks.
