I love The Human Bean more than any other coffee shop. They have a wide selection of just about everything you could be craving... at the time, but I feel they are a little inconsistent. Often they're out of coconut milk and that's typically my favoritenon-dairy addition. They don't write down the orders or type it into their system and I've had to repeat my order sometimes overthree times, and on one occasion I repeated it literally five times twice at the box and three times at the window because theywere really busy I got so frustrated I asked for my money back and left without my order. Weak coffee. No flavor. Taste like water and chocolate. Not sure how many shots of espresso a 20oz gets but I asked for 2 more... shots and paid extra and still no flavor! Was given the wrong bagel and it was rock hard. 15 dollars down the drain. Read more
