First of all I would like to start with the fact that we eat here on a regular basis. Really enjoyed the food and service. But... lately I've been disappointed and this last experience has ended my wanting to eat here. Another bad beet salad (which sadly wasone of my favorites) and 2 medium well steaks on the same visit that I ordered rare. The manager comes out and says, "since wecan't get the steak cooked properly, how about something else. " Mind you I've waited for 2 steaks to be over cooked while mywife's food gets cold. How is it possible for a professional cook to not be able to read a thermometer? Or a manager to exceptthe fact that his cook can't do so. I left hungry and disappointed with a 78.00 tab and no dinner. Very disappointing and Iwon't be returning again. Read more
Robust menu offerings for all kinds of diet restrictions and tastes. Still a must visit in Reno for the quality of their... signature cheesecake and excellent greeters. Wait times are short and the servers and management are conscientious, well-trainedand well-intended. Occasionally, most likely due to the sheer volume of orders handled by the kitchen, the food execution candisappoint. But overall, the menu design is solid, and the food is generally satisfying Plus, you can find some real gems andnew menu items that impress. Read more
Very busy place to go on a weekend. You can't call to make reservations, they make you go through their online booking. The... lunch pasta carbonara was good but I was thrown off by the fish tacos. I wasn't sure if the entire dish was supposed to tastecold. I mean its a cooked fish taco fish, but just about everything on the plate was cold. Read more
Ordered to-go at the counter. Staff was friendly and efficient. Loooove the Korean cauliflower! It's crispy and tasty. I... ordered the Monte Cristo with home fries. Not sure where it went wrong but the onions I wanted added to my home fries ended upinside my sandwich. ???? If you're used to the Monte Cristo of Bennigans days - this is far from that. Huge cornflakes coveredthe french toast, its not battered and fried which just didn't do it for me. Snickers cheesecake kinda made up for it though. Read more
They were very busy, but it was a Friday night at the mall. After being seated, we were warmly greeted by our server who took... really good care of us and was very personable. The manicotti and bang bang chicken & shrimp were delicious. (We liked themanicotti best.) We also had the celebration cheesecake for dessert which was super decadent and sweet. The funny not funny accident of all time! While waiting for our food we are alerted that my wife's beef burger was mistakenly... served to someone who prefer a vegetarian burger.
