They literally close at exactly 7pm on SATURDAY nights. We pulled into the drive-thru line about 15 minutes before closing. The... line was incredibly slow and when we pulled up to the menu-board at exactly 7pm, they told us they were closed and not takingany more orders. Why not put a cone out or something 15 minutes prior to close to avoid having upset customers? We will nevervisit this Taco Bell ever again and I recommend you do the same. They wasted our time and were quite rude about it. Read more

I thought the rating might have been too low it isnt. The good was mostly fine. One small mistake but nothing big. But the... service was pathetic. The person taking my order had to ask me to repeat it like 8 times. I ordered two items and two blastfreezes. Not hard to type in or remember. The drive thru menu scrren was completely broken. The employees were constantlygiggling and talking which was very obviously why they had trouble remembering my order. They paid no attention to their job,took 20 min to get my order as the only customer, still messed some of it up, and just generally made me not trust eating here.Theres another on south meddows only 5 min away just order from there instead save yourself the headache. If you can hit this place when it's open and only a couple cars in the queue it may be worth stopping by for your Taco Bell fix,... just double-check your order before driving away. The sign on the front that says 'Breakfast' is misleading since they don'topen until 11am and I have yet to see the breakfast items available and others haven't been able to order them. In addition,the drive-thru may be open (for just a few hours), but the dine-in room is never open, the door is always locked and theemployees will ignore you if you knock on the door. When it's just the drive thru, beware. Due to a lack of employees, the time was horrendous. During the day it was totally fine.
