Good customer service. My only complaint is that the cheese quesadilla I ordered hardly had any cheese so I paid $3.99 for the... saddest quesadilla I've ever had. Other than that, everything else I ordered was perfect. This Taco Bell location seemed to beconstantly understaffed in the evenings, so definitely double check that you got all your food and that your order was madecorrectly. Other than that, they usually have short wait for the drive through line and are rarely out of popular menu items. Read more

Is this a joke @Tacobell? The last 2 times I came here I received incorrect items even though the receipt has it correct. And... the items I did receive that were correct looked like they had been smashed with a hammer. Does that picture look like an edibletaco!? Where is the customer service!? Read more

The lady taking my order was rude and seemed like she was rushing when there was maybe one person behind me, I asked for two... burritos no onions and two tacos no lettuce? Both items came with onions and lettuce. Also, The food was pretty much thrown inthe bag barely wrapped. The crunchy tacos were soggy on the bottom and everything was just falling out of the wrapper. If you could give a rating of less than one star this place absolutely deserves it. For being "fast food"my drive-thru order,... my mobile order, took 26 minutes to get out the window to me. I also was in the middle of giving my name for my order to one guyand then someone else took over in the middle of it and asked the exact same questions after I had already confirmed my order. The woman in front of me had to repeat herself seven times before her order was correct. I don't know if it's a new crew or theyjust aren't deserving of their 15 an hour but this Taco Bell needs help. Badly. Read more

Food is ok here but they usually find a way to mess up your order. I've had missing ingredients, missing items, and missing... descriptions of which burrito is which since they put 5 different kinds of burritos all in the same wrapper. Perhaps the adventof blockchain technology will one day ensure that when you order a taco from Taco Bell, that said taco is actually placed in thebag they hand you. Read more

This location is pretty hit or miss. I'm new to the area and I've been here about 4-5 times in the last month or so. The service... is usually pretty decent. There's a lady that works here named April I believe, you can definitely tell when she's the onetaking your order in the drive thru, super polite and friendly all the time, I wish I could say the food was as consistent. Iorder the same thing every time, easy. #2 with no sour cream, and a few sauces on the side. Some times the sauces are wrong,sometimes there seems to be a pound of cheese on the tacos, some times it's all bunched up to one end, etc. Overall, it becomesfairly annoying to have to open up my taco's and rearrange the ingredients or remove the excess in them, especially since TacoBell is already sort of messy to have to eat on the go.
