Second occasion today driving up to the business and the door being locked when posted hours show that the business should be... open. A couple of weeks ago I came at 1:15 with no one there and the sign stated they open at 1pm. Today, I sat in the parkinglot for approximately 5 minutes because there was a note on the door stating the employee had to make a quick run to thebank. Frozen yogurt is pretty good but probably will not return based on inconsistency of when this business is actually openand driving out of my way to get some frozen yogurt only to discover that the door is locked. I went in today and I have to update my review. This place has gone massively downhill. More than half the machines, I'd go so... far as to say most of them, were broken, and the few froyo machines that were working were either going incredibly slow ordispensing very runny froyo (or both). The employees working were very nice and honestly, I feel bad for them having to work ata place like this. Seriously, if management isn't going to bother to maintain the equipment, why bother even stayingopen. Original review- Really good quality froyo, a decent selection, though I've seen places with better selection, decentselection of toppings, but again, seen places with more. The prices are fair for what you get. The staff has been friendlywhenever I've gone in. If you are in the area and want froyo, definitely worth it, would highly recommend it... but I wouldn'tsay it is worth going far out of your way for. Read more
