Placed an online order which the store accepted and charged my card. When my daughter arrived at the store the employee said... they didn't have enough meat for a Cold Cut Trio. Never once did I receive a phone call. I called the store and they said itwould take them 5 mins to cut more meat the girl seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to do her job.Manager wasn't much helpeither. Never will I order there again. Lazy employees who would rather turn a customer away then take the time to stock. Read more
DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION!!! The buy one get one offer seems like a good deal, but you won't get what you order. I... ordered Italian bread and got wheat! I ordered a spicy Italian and there was no pepperoni on it!! You obviously have to watchthem make your sandwich!! They can't be trusted! They will rip you off! Read more
My sub artist, diamond, did an incredible job making my sandwiches. He took his time and put plenty of toppings on my sandwich... and was sure to ask if it was enough after each topping. He was kind and courteous throughout our exchange. The store was clean.I got 2 foot long subs for 12.99. All around good experience. Changes my previously negative outlook on Subway in general. Gave it 1 star because we ordered 3 Subway platters and both my daughter and I found a hair in our sandwiches. They contacted me... back and said they looked on surveillance camera and the sandwich maker wore proper gloves and had hair up in bun. I was firstto open and grab sandwich, I have no hair since I always cut my hair and the piece of hair I found was about 4 inches long andthin black hair, my daughter unfortunately got the other half. They denied it was their fault, did offer to remake them with a"hair in sandwich" proof. I decided not to since they denied it. Very unprofessional, won't order from again. Total spent was$140.... The food was good .. Two workers in the restaurant wasnt to busy .. All the tables were dirty and had trash everywhere . we... cleaned off our own table to eat. I let the guy know there was a pile of ants on the floor eating food and he ignored me . I told him the tea dispenser was leaking all over the floor and the sprite soda was needing changed as it was syrup. He ignored meagain . we ate our food and left the restaurant it was dead no customers and he again ignored me and nothing got cleaned. Read more
Visited this location today and will not personally be returning. Employees were reaching over each other causing their personal... garments (shirts) to touch sandwiches being made for other orders. Employee tried to over charge until I caught it and requestedto be charged for the actual sandwich made. Bread was running low and after opening sandwiches at home found out that bread wasactually not fresh, but rather flaky and hardening. Ordered two foot longs and did not finish either as both of us began feelingsick while eating, as if ingredients had not been fresh either. We also bought 4 cookies for dessert and couldn't eat them, asthey were too hard. Nor, honestly, did we want to after the state of the sandwiches. Every other Subway I have been to in Reno/Sparks has had poor quality food and horrible customer service. This location is... great! ALL of the staff is super nice and very thorough. I can list everything I want on my sandwich to one of the guys and heremembers the whole order even down to the sauce I want! They always ask about my day and always put a smile on my face. Theyalso accept coupons and hook your sandwich up! My order is always amazing and correct! Read more
