Decoy restaurant to waste people's time. It used to be my favorite Subway in town, however, now it became a place to get... disappointed. The doors are closed with one worker inside more than half of the times without a clear reason, the worker ignoreswaving & knocking the door. There is an open sign, but clearly there is no services. When you are lucky and the doors are open,you see the most rude workers who don't like to do anything. I am providing this date time stamp hoping that management wouldreview. On Mar 11 2021 at 2:40, I wanted with my family to order 6 sandwiches, the two workers at that time refused, saying thatthey MIGHT get busy. No one else was in or around the store. I asked them if they could make 3 sandwiches and if by the timethey are done, and there is no one else ordering may be they could make another three, but again they refused saying that theymight not have enough chicken. I told them that we will order beef instead, but again they refused and failed to provide anyreasonable explanation. Very rude people who don't what to work and know nothing about customer service. Not really sure whybother having equipment, product and workers in a place that has closed doors more than half the time and not providing serviceswhen it is open. I'm a bit of an obsessive Subway customer. I go 2-3 times a week wherever I live. I drive to Reno from Carson for this one. This... is without doubt the best one I've visited. Staff are super-friendly, they have the freshest bread and ingredients. Read more
Ordered two subs and requested two bags, as I had to drop one off to my wife, only received the two subs in one bag. Then, my... sub had no mustard or mayo at all, even though I requested both. Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt, but it just seemslike something you do when it's a pickup order and you figure nobody is gonna check immediately. Awesome job! ???? Waited until 9:30 for the door to be unlocked, I arrived at 8:30 and I figured I can sacrifice half an hour of my time until... 9:00 but if I knew I was going to be waiting almost an hour i would never have stopped at this location. At least a dozen peoplehave tried the door, we can even see them inside, I don't know if they forgot to unlock the door but they ignored me when weknocked so maybe short staffed? Read more
The lobby was fairly empty at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, 3/6 with a couple lingering patrons left over from the rush of lunch; the... excessively low topping and condiment levels told the tale! Nothing hindered the sandwich master, aka, the most compassionateSubway employee I've ever met, from greeting us with a great smile. He set the environment of what would be an epic Subwayadventure, we were guided through the ins and outs of ordering the best sandwhich in the store; for me, it was a hot pastrami.In the end, after finalizing our transaction, my hunger was fulfilled and my taste satisfaction was above adequate.
