The kids and I went through the drive thru but the customer service was great! Very friendly. First time eating here. I ordered... the garlic streakburger. Miss the old dine-in menu. Place seems empty and on it's deathbed without families coming in to have a real sit down meal... together. The burgers we had were still good and the gal working the register was friendly, but the family sit down atmosphereis yet another casualty to the response to COVID. Sad. Read more
Hamburger patties too thin, buns are too thick. Ordered a burger and got something different. Asked for Fiesta sauce, got... Buffalo sauce and was charged 40 cents each. Fries were too thin, like shoestring potatoes. The only good thing about my orderwas the milkshake. Could not go back and get order corrected because we went through the drive through and left. 5 stars to offset the mass cultivating mouth breathers who make complicated orders at a Steak and Shake. The lack of intellect... it would take to sit in a drive thru for a place that isn't fast food and then complain about how long it takes is hard toimagine. This is Steak and Shake, not Ruth's Chris. It is what it is. Maybe if you found joy in exercise and the outdoorsrather than the bottom of a milkshake you would be able to give an honest review.
