Came in for some quick drinks. Staff was super friendly. Store was really clean and well stocked.
I ordered a cappuccino and got a cup of flavorless warm milk. I literally had to order a shot of espresso on the side just to... make it taste like coffee. They are crowded with people who want flavored "skinny caramel" drinks, not coffee. Read more
I had the most worst review me and my girlfriend got threatened because of nothing , we were extremely exhausted from all the... walking and come to think of it Starbucks had open seats , so my girlfriend and I sat down for about 5 minutes. After a ladyrudely interrupted us and said that we needed and adult to be there and asked for ID which is really unnecessary. Never goingagain with that trash service. Read more
The atmosphere was NOT nice. Employees were RUDE and not at all involved well within their tasks. Orders were mixed up and the... service was hostile. Please fix. Most of the employees were great. It was busy so the employees weren't happy, which is understandable. Many of them were still... incredibly nice. Just one employee was being extremely unprofessional and said things about the costumers. She was being veryloud and rude to her coworkers who were trying to help. It was extremely unprofessional. The service is usually pretty good at this location. It is hard to find the store the first time you are searching for it in... the casino. There is a large set of doors by the Starbucks but they are for exit only. Look up at the ceiling when you visit,it is nice work. There is no convenient parking. Read more
