Best Starbucks ever, hands down, no competition even close. All the staff are so friendly and always greet and wish me farewell... by name. I brought my own cup with old coffee in it. I assume they will rinse it out like every other coffee shop in Reno. Well she mixed... my old coffee with the new and still charged me. Seriously?! She didn't even communicate to me about the policy until AFTER shedid it! Read more
