My last visit to this location. Just visited Starbucks in 9/9/22 at 3:30 PM and will not be going back. It needs a good clean... and to make sure the milk goes back into the fridge as soon they are done using it. My husband and I purchased 2 VT icedbeverages our normal. We got 2 smaller cup?s not the normal with the logo to what we asked the barista and she admitted it was afew ounces smaller. I understand is not the employees fault but 30 minutes after we left the store we begin to develop aterrible stomach ache. We saw the milk sitting on the counter but never thought it could possibly be sitting there for a while.We spent over 24 hours sick after drinking our coffee. This was my 1st visit to this Starbucks location I had not been here since I'm new to the area the store was in a great area... shopping area I should say once I went in I did order and I noticed the whole facility was simply disgusting I can't believe howdirty this store was there were multiple staff there but the store was still very dirty and filthy as you can see in thepictures I will definitely not be back. Management I recommend that you guys clean up after each other and have at least oneperson cleaning at all times so it keeps up this should never happen. Read more

I love this Starbucks! Very fast, friendly, and accurate service! Cindy is awesome! Her caring nature, and her kindness, bring a... nice home feeling to the restaurant.. These employees are great at their jobs, everytime I go to another Starbucks, my drinkusually isn't made correctly. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. Great customer service. Shared lemonade and tea with friends inside of Starbucks. Had over an hour visit with good company. ... During this time this location was extremely busy. Each employee always had a smile on their face and all of the customersseemed pleased. Read more

I have a problem when people are allowed to sit, not eat or drink, and not wear a mask, but most Starbucks will make me... leave. This one at least let me order and asked me nicely, to rude or mean, like most, to stand outside, while I waited formy drinks. What if I'd sat down? The one gentleman here just had water. I'm proud he did not have it on. But because Iwas standing, waiting to leave for my drinks, I was told to wait outside, even with a medical note from my doctor, which Ishowed them. I understand they are following orders, but I think they have all lost my business, and it will be a mission toshow how they treat people unfairly. Read more
This place has the worst service!!!! Every time I visit this store the employees are rude and purposely slow even after I them... tip well. On this particular day while waiting for our 40$ order- we asked about the free cups that were being handed out sinceRegretfully I tend to spend a lot of money frequently with Starbucks, and the girl working said ?Sorry No- We are out? then herfamily walked in which I knew where her family because they were greeting each other as family in spanish which I understood andshe gave them each a cup which was like five. We asked again to test her and she again declined . It?s only the principle andlack of customer care that is important to me. Could care less about the free cups. I refuse to go to this store again.
