AVOID! I work near this starbucks and get it most days (I work M-F). More than half the time the drink is wrong or disgusting. I... ordered an iced mocha with mocha drizzle and I received an iced while chocolate with caramel drizzle. Their chais are alwaysoverwhelming with the cinnamon flavor and don?t try the brown sugar in, all you?ll taste is the brown sugar syrup. I?ve neverhad a good drink from this place unfortunately. I'm sorry but I tried calling about a previous conversation I was having with the manager who was going to get back with me but... hasn't and the employee who answered was extremely rude. First time I called today I heard the employee in the background say tohang up on me. Then I called back and she wouldn't take a message for the manager. Read more
Staff were borderline rude which was quite shocking. Never been inside a starbucks with rude staff before. Prepared drink wrong... and rolled their eyes when I returned it to be fixed. Would stay far away from this location - or fire the current batch ofyoung ladies and start fresh. Read more
First off, the guy that took my order was short with me. I proceeded to order a chestnut Praline decaf and got to work just to... realize they forgot the whip cream and the flavoring. The store was very clean and all four staff members on were very happy and helpful greeting us all with their beautiful smiles.... Our drinks were made fresh cold and correct . The staff went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need anything the entiretime we were there checking on us often and always greeted with a smile. I wish I could remember the names of the 3gals and theyoung man working so could give them personal shout outs for a job well done. Read more
This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the Reno area. Convenient location and not too busy with great service.
