So don't get me wrong I love Starbucks, but there must be a new employee making beverages or someone who truly hates there job.... As much as I pay for my beverage I would appreciate if you make it correctly. If I pay for extra stuff don't just take my moneyand not put the stuff in my drink. Very disappointed the last two times. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have been to several Starbucks locations around the country. From California and Nevada, all the way to... Nebraska and even New York. The Keystone/ 7th location in Reno is the best location I have ever been to. I order online mostdays and my order is always ready early or right on time. The customer service is amazing!!! They are very friendly and presenta good-natured vibe for the Keystone, University, and other surrounding communities. The store has a very calm vibe and I feelwelcomed being there. I am located pretty far from this location but it?s definitely worth the drive for me. If you ever wantStarbucks, this is the best location. Thank you to everyone working here! Read more

Rap SERVICE by way of failing to meet any standards of amenities that STARBUCKS is known for nationally. Customer service is... fine if ALL YOU want is a drive through experience. Making this any kind of neighborhood coffee shop to the truest sense andfull intent of the phrase is a complete waste of money and time. No INTERNET, or rather allegedly intermittent fiber opticbroadband internet service rarely connects, and the only excuse given by ALL managers is that is due to the carrier they claimis AT&T. Young girls that work there or fantastic and on top of their work I was very pleased and the roads are super polite and friendly... they made me feel welcome and this is the way you want to feel everytime you go into any restaurant or coffee shop. This location has code operated bathrooms that you must receive from employee. I didn't need to use bathroom though. Because of... current company policies customers are unable to purchase a mug and get coffee in it which required a messy transfer. Then worseyet starbucks doesn't trust the customer anymore to add their own cream and sugar so you get what you get which turned out to bea lackluster pike place watered down with milk. It's good coffee as long as one makes it themselves. Not likely to return. Read more
